The Festival features free entertainment, including local and regional, and over 40+ vendor booths displaying Louisville's arts, crafts, businesses, non-profits, and service providers. Each year, Our fest comes alive with HalloQueen PRIDE.
By becoming a vendor, you join over 7,000 + people celebrating love, acceptance, diversity, and the best part is Halloween!
Drag Queen Storytime-Kentucky is a charitable organization (501(c)(3). All donations are tax-deductible.
A portion of the proceeds from HalloQueen Fest benefit local LGBTQIA programs, and admission to HalloQueen is 100% underwritten by donations and sponsorship.

Why should I be a vendor at HalloQueen Fest?
HalloQueen Fest is an opportunity to promote your business or organization in one of Louisville, Kentucky's most exciting, diverse events. HalloQueen Fest is a Halloween Fest that celebrates our various LGBTQIA+ communities and promotes acceptance for all people.
What Vendors Does HalloQueen Fest Accept?
HalloQueen Welcomes everyone. Our Festival is truly an Open Arms for our community and Business too! We review each application carefully and fairly. We have very light requirements, which you can find in the 2022 Vendor Application packet below.
We notify each applicant of approval and denial. We denied less than eight applications out of the 300 we received each year.

IMPORTANT DATES
October 1st, 2022, all approved applications and paid in full will receive details about vendor information such as set up, load in, and out.
VENDOR TYPES DESCRIPTION
Not for Profit: Does not profit. 501(c)3 is NOT required.
Artist/Local Artisan Business: A local artisan business is considered a locally owned and operated business that sells items handcrafted by other artisans or themselves
Small Business: vendors who will use their booth space for promotional purposes or sell items and are NOT part of a giant corporation or franchise
Business: Corporate/Franchise vendors who will use their booth space for promotional purposes or sell mass-produced items
Food Vendor/Truck: A merchant who intends to sell food and beverage items
Optional Additions
Access to electricity is available for purchase upon acceptance into HalloQueen Fest; Electricity availability is limited. Includes standard electric hook-up ONLY.
IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION: MARKET VENDORS (OUTSIDE OF SELECTED FOOD VENDORS) ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING OR GIVING AWAY FOOD AND BEVERAGES (INCLUDING WATER). PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE MARKET AGREEMENT ON THE APPLICATION FORM FOR OTHER RESTRICTIONS.
